Meet Bradley

Bradley Bartlett brings a career that doesn’t fit into a single lane, and that’s precisely the point. Over three decades, his work has moved between public interest litigation, tribal representation, legal education, emerging industries, and conflict resolution. He has served as environmental counsel, advised tribal governments, taught and led a selective legal clinic, and guided businesses operating at the edge of regulatory change. His experience includes serving as legal counsel for Michael Pollan’s documentary How to Change Your Mind, as well as advising organizations such as Man UNCivilized and Dalliance Therapy & Wellness. Today, his practice is focused where it matters most: helping clients think clearly, act strategically, and resolve complex issues without unnecessary escalation. He brings the skill of a litigator, the perspective of a professor, and the judgment of a seasoned advisor.

 Philosophy of Practice

Not every conflict requires escalation. Effective legal counsel requires judgment, restraint, and strategic clarity. Bradley approaches each matter with careful assessment, direct communication, and a focus on achieving resolution that protects long term interests.

Clients seek out Bradley for his depth of experience, steady presence, and ability to navigate complexity without unnecessary drama. He understands both the legal framework and the human dynamics involved in conflict. His approach is thoughtful, direct, and grounded in integrity.
